Mold creates a horse that measures:
55mm x 40mm x 5mm thick or
2 & 3/16th inch x 1 & 9/16ths inch x 3/16s thick
Please note these sizes are approximate, and they are taken from my samples. The material you use may shrink or expand resulting in slightly different sizes.

Flexible mold works with food materials such as fondant, isolmalt, chocolate, ice, candies and craft materials such as metal clays, polymer clays, clays, and resin.
Mold is made from a FDA approved food safe silicone. Mold may be used in the freezer or oven up to 400 degrees.
To insure your mold is of the highest quality I use a vacuum system to remove any air from my molds. My 25 years of sculpting originals for silicone molds assures that the mold you purchase will yield perfect castings. Using only the finest American made silicone your molds will last for years.
Make all the items you want to from your purchased mold, to sell or for personal use. Start a crafting business or add new products to increase your sales. Sell your products at craft fairs, on the internet or anywhere. Just never make a mold from anything that you cast or shape from the mold.

Form for the manufacture of 3d panels
3d tile is universal for interior and exterior. It can be used for finishing walls, ceilings, columns and other architectural structures. Wall panels made of gypsum will make your interior individual and refined.
At us you can buy forms from ABS plastic and independently make 3d panels from gypsum or concrete.
How to make 3d panels?
1. Not necessary (but recommended). Make a frame (wooden is ok) under the mold so that you can tightly fix your mold on the surface.
2. Lubricate the mold (especially in deep places and corners). You can use special greases or something like vaseline (petrolatum).
3. Make mixture with ratio shown in the spreadsheet at the top and fill the mold. Tap the mold slightly several times to remove air from mixture.
4. After about 3-5 min you can feel that plaster got warmer, after this wait about 15 min and bend the edges one by one, carefully turn the mold upside down and take it off from panel.
5. Look at the panel edges and remove bevels with putty knife if they appeared.
6. Leave panel to dry in a warm place (face side down or in vertical position).
7. Also you can already mount them on wall without waiting for drying because gypsum does not shrink.

We recommend using gypsum for casting G-10, G-15, G-16, the ratio of 4.4lb (2 kg) of gypsum to 1 liter of water.
