Some clay can get be soft and stick to the mold so I suggest you put it in the oven and bake the clay inside the mold. Or you can pop it in the freezer for 5 minutes :) Experiment and see what works for you..

or 2 & 7/8ths x 1 & 7/16ths x 1/4th inch thick

I pour all my molds with a silicone that works wonderfully with polymer clays, resin, plaster, wax, soap, paper cast, low temperature metal alloys. Your embellishment will pop out easily, no need for mold release. The molds can be baked with the clay in them up to a temperature of 395 degrees or placed in the freezer.
Flexible silicone mold is made from a Food Safe Silicone and can be used with fondant, candies and any moldable food material. To keep mold food safe only use it with food materials, use a different mold if you need to make craft items.
