This image/texture stamp is extra deep and finely detailed, so it is just perfect to use with polymer clay, metal clay, paper, fabric, wood, glass and more! It can be used in many different ways:
With polymer clay, you can press the stamp into the clay, then use your finger to rub mica powder onto the raw clay. This will hightlight the tops of the impressionss and create a gilded effect.
Or use a brush to coat the impressions with mica powder, then pull the excess powder from the surface with clear tape to leave the color only in the impressed lines.
You can also impress the texture into polymer clay, bake the clay, then rub paint into the recessed areas and wipe away the excess. Try brown paints for a vintage look! You don't have to use the entire image, you can just press a flattened ball of clay into just part of the design.
